If you’re not happy with your order, our straightforward returns policy makes it easy to return or exchange items.

Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Additiven (fishing additives and supplements)
  • Boilies & Wafters (opened packages)
  • Hair & Hookpellets (opened packages)

Custom or special order items may also be non-returnable unless defective.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your fishing gear:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once the return is processed (standard shipping rates apply)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective fishing product (such as a broken baitcasting rod or faulty reel):

  2. Include photos of the damage or defect
  3. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and may provide a prepaid return label

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
  • Refunds will be issued in GBP (British Pounds)
