Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our fishing equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
- Item must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Additiven (fishing additives and supplements)
- Opened packages of Boilies & Wafters
- Opened packages of Hair & Hookpellets
- Custom or special order items (unless defective)
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- Product details
- Reason for return
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package Your Item: Securely repack the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside.

Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement once the return is processed (standard shipping rates apply)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product (e.g., broken baitcasting rod or faulty reel):
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange a replacement/refund and may provide a prepaid return label
International Returns
- Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
- Refunds are issued in GBP (British Pounds)
